Positive Thinking Creates a Healthier You!
Did you know that thinking positive can help you live longer! The world is a very stressful place and people die every day due to stress related reasons. So, why don't we all try to think positive. I propose that before you start your day, that you take at least five minutes to yourself and amp yourself up. Tell yourself that today is going to be a GREAT day! You are going to make it through this day and you are going to succeed! You are going to be AWESOME today! And everything is going to be okay. Don't let anyone take away your peace of mind.
Before I start my day, I say a prayer. "Lord grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference." I don't know the author of this quote, but it has been given to me countless times through the years. If you can follow this and continue to think positive and be positive than you will have a less stressful and more healthy life. Tell me what do you do to stay positive?
